bedjli Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bedjli website and related services ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "bedjli", "we", "our" refers to the entity operating the bedjli platform. "User", "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the Platform. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting and related financial services provided by bedjli.

1.2 Nature of Relationship

Your relationship with bedjli is governed entirely by these Terms. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

This document has been written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding. In the event of any dispute or difference in interpretation, bedjli's decision shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

To use the bedjli platform you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform or creating an account. We reserve the right to verify age and in the event of false information being provided the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the laws of your own country. bedjli does not provide services to users from prohibited regions.

2.3 Single Personal Use

Each individual may create only one account. The same person may not operate multiple accounts. Your account is for your personal use only and betting on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To complete registration you must provide genuine, accurate and complete information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number and email address must be correct. bedjli reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided and in such cases deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bedjli may request documents from you for identity verification at any time. This may include:

• National ID (NID) or passport copy
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method

If requested documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account verification level and promotional terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved it is generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will be returned through the original deposit method.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bedjli does not charge any internal fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider's own charges may apply.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bedjli strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for review. Attempting to move funds through an account for purposes other than gaming is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed once only.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• bedjli reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus.
• The validity period of bonus offers will be stated on the relevant promotional page.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.4 VIP Program

bedjli's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — starting from Bronze and going up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2% and 1.5% weekly cashback respectively. Advancement to higher tiers depends on your gaming activity.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bedjli ensures a fair and transparent environment across all games. Our games are powered by technically impartial random number generators (RNG). In the event of any technical fault or disruption bedjli reserves the right to void the relevant bets.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game has its own rules which are clearly stated in the game interface. Once a bet has been finally confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Betting limits are set by bedjli and may change at any time.

6.3 Game Errors

If a technical issue causes the result of a game to be incorrect, the bets for that round may be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded. In such cases bedjli's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing or exploiting the bonus system.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to play games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward bedjli staff.
• Betting on behalf of or for third parties.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bedjli

bedjli reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, in particular for breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases where a breach of Terms has been proven, funds held in the account may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming you may request to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. This request will be actioned as soon as possible.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your information is never sold to third parties. However, in certain circumstances information may be shared with authorities to meet legal obligations, for identity verification or to prevent fraud.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

bedjli aims to keep the platform running at all times, however we are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. bedjli is not financially liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the service.

10.2 Gaming Losses

Any financial loss from gaming is the user's own responsibility. bedjli never guarantees profit from gaming. Gaming should be enjoyable and you should play only with an amount you can afford to lose.

10.3 Third-Party Content

Our platform may contain content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft and Spribe. These providers' own terms may apply and bedjli is not directly responsible for the quality of or errors in their content.

11. Responsible Gaming
